“A beautiful and well-appointed house overlooking the Muri Lagoon, one of the most scenic locations on Rarotonga.  The house a very short drive or a longer walk to all of the activities, restaurants, and hotels in Muri Beach.  It’s also possible to walk down the road to the point at the entrance to the lagoon – wonderful for photography or watching the waves. Robert and Susana were very accommodating and helpful hosts, including accommodating an unusual request to setup a ham radio station on their beach. They also left us some delicious fruits and vegetables on arrival. The house is beautifully constructed with all of the necessary amenities for a week-long stay including a dishwasher, air conditioning, and Starlink internet. With all of the beautiful natural wood in the home, note it is important to take careful note of any water or spills that happen and promptly clean them as the natural wood isn’t as durable as we may be used to in our own homes. Overall, highly recommended.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Susana & Robert’s place. They were kind and offered many recommendations. Our children loved playing in & around the pool and exploring the beach & jetty. We saw so many beautiful things from the jetty. We would recommend having a car as it made it much easier to explore Rarotonga & even for small trips to the super market. The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.”.

“Susana’s house is magnificent! The photos almost don’t do justice! Cozy, elegant, comfortable and fragrant home! The internal spaces are large and usable, the kitchen is equipped with every necessary utensil and pans. The large bathroom with a magnificent shower. The rooms are large and airy. All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The outside is fresh and pleasant, both on the covered patio and on the balcony that runs all around the house (there is also an external sink with attached clothesline) The entire house is super clean as well as the outside! The views from the upper bedroom and from outside are enchanting! The comfortable swimming pool on hot days was accompanied by the hammocks that cradled our afternoons. Susana, Robert and Robert Jr were super friendly and very hospitable! They didn’t let us miss anything: always attentive to our possible needs!”.

“TLDR: You absolutely MUST stay here. I have been to many AirBnBs and this one is BY FAR the best I have ever stayed in. Not only is the house itself BEAUTIFUL, but it has the most out of this world view 360 degrees around the property. Looking for a view of the beach and sunrise? Walk 2 minutes to the pier and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Looking for a view of the clouds as the surround the mountains? Step on to the balcony and grab a seat. Want to do some incredible star gazing? Lay back in the balcony beach chairs and soak in the sky. The pier in front of the house has a tiny reef with incredible snorkelling we saw everything from trigger fish to Moorish idols to moray eels and puffer fish INCHES FROM THE DOCK!! There are paddle boards available and I took one out for sunset which was so fun. The pool and hammocks are a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. On top of it all, Susana and her family are incredibly kind and accommodating. STAY HERE you will love it.”
