“Stunning beach house”

“Upon arrival we met with Susanna who showed us around this stunning beach house. It was clean, tidy and to a very high standard and exactly as the photos showed. We were lucky enough to met the rest of her family who welcomed us and showed us traditional methods of cooking, fishing and even coconut collecting. Susanna and her family are very kind, friendly and more than helpful. The beach house was everything we hoped for and had unforgettable views of the lagoon. 5 star & highly recommended. “Unsurpassable location, spectacular views and private beach”

The house is a wonder in an unsurpassable location, spectacular views and private beach. Our stay there made us feel as at home, enjoying all the possibilities that the island offered. But if the house is wonderful, the hosts are still more. Thank you Susanna, Robert and Robert Jr. You made our stay pleasant, lots of advices and plans to do, a wonderful Vaka and an unforgettable all-together lunch! 100% recommendable.

“Kaireva Beach House A+++”

We are very pleased to be able to write the first review for Kaireva Beach House as we had the privilege of being their first guests. The accommodation is utterly stunning. The owners have spent two years building the house which has just been completed and the amount of effort put into it’s creation shows. There is a big emphasis on the use of native timber used inside and out, and this helps in setting this accommodation apart from the others. We got that home away from home feel. The view from the top bedroom, deck, kitchen and lounge is breathtaking offering unobstructed views of the beautiful lagoon. There is plenty of room to relax outside in the hammocks or on a lounger. The pool is on the smaller side, but as the house is only equipped for two couples, its size is more than ample for all to fit for a refreshing dip. The beachfront is mere meters away from the front doorstep. There is snorkeling gear available. The house is fully equipped for all your needs with a gas oven & cook tops, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, but no microwave, and Susanna will do your washing at a cost. Susanna and Rob live on the bottom floor, they leave you to enjoy your stay but are there for anything you require or a friendly chat. Words cannot describe how accommodating they both are and we would not hesitate is going back there on our next visit. We were travelling with our 7 month old son and Susanna set up a beautiful bed for him at no extra cost in our bedroom and went above and beyond for us ensuring we had a relaxing stay. It is a 2 minute drive from the famous Mooring Fish Cafe and about a 5 minute drive to Muri Beach, great location. Thanks Susanna and Rob for an unforgettable stay, see you next time!!!

“Dream location”

We will most definitely be returning to the Kaireva Beach House! The house has magnificent workmanship, built with beautiful timbers. Million dollar house, on a million dollar location. The pictures don’t do it justice. Sussanah, Robert and Robert Jnr were great hosts. Respectful of our privacy and hospitable when needed. They made us feel welcome and at a home away from home. It was perfect for my husband, two sons (4yrs and 2yrs) and I. short walk to the shops, restaurants, car rentals. But enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Highly recommend this hidden treasure in Rarotonga.

“Beautiful house, beautiful location”

Kaireva Beach House is, at the time we stayed there, brand new and has been beautifully decorated with a wood interior. It looks straight out over the channel to Motutapu island on the other side of the channel and all you need to do is work straight out the front doors, past the pool and down the steps to be in the sea. Robert & Susanna who live downstairs (and their son, Robert junior) are some the friendliest and most helpful people we’ve met. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us supplied with fresh fruit & herbs from their garden. We’d highly recommend this location to anyone looking for self-contained accommodation in Rarotonga.
